Set Design

One of the styles I often tackled at Brand New School was theatric set design. Often the sets transformed or used perspective gags that led the viewer from one space to another. I was often in charge of creating pre-vis animations to realize these concepts too. They normally needed to feel charming, a great way to achieve this was to show the outer workings of the set. Wires and the large warehouse visible on a wide overhead shot.

I actually found my interior design skills improve during my time working on these. Always aiming to set a realistic tone in the work but adding the odd theatrical colored light. Brands I did these for included Chase, Honda, One Plus and Amazon
